Part Time Administrator
- Provide administrative support to the H&S team, ensuring accurate maintenance of health and safety records, logs, and documentation
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of mandatory H&S training, inductions, and refresher courses for site employees
- Maintain incident, accident, and near‑miss records, supporting timely reporting and follow‑up actions
- Support the preparation, review, and filing of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with site managers, colleagues, and external contractors to gather H&S documentation and compliance information
- Manage H&S databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Assist with internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks by collating evidence and preparing reports
- Handle general administrative tasks including meeting minutes, correspondence, and document control within the H&S function
