Flexible: Day-to-Day Supply, covering EYFS to Year 6 Aspire People are currently looking for Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team and work across a variety of primary schools in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and flexible teachers who are looking for a dynamic role that provides variety and the chance to work across different year groups, from EYFS through to Year 6. As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms as required, covering planned absences and providing consistent support to students. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy the flexibility of working across different schools while maintaining high standards of teaching and classroom management. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum, covering any year group from EYFS to Year 6. Ensure a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment, even when stepping into new classes. Maintain high expectations for pupil behavior and academic achievement, ensuring learning objectives are met. Follow and implement the lesson plans provided, adapting where necessary to meet the needs of the students. Build effective relationships with staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth transitions during supply cover. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching within primary education, covering EYFS to Year 6. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to different classroom environments. A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to maintain professionalism in a variety of school settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Working Hours: This is a flexible day-to-day role, with shifts covering school hours, typically 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
