A supportive and forward-thinking 11–18 school in Leicestershire is looking to appoint a motivated and curious Teacher of Geography (ECT) from January 2026 .

The Opportunity
You’ll teach Geography across KS3–KS4, following a carefully designed curriculum that encourages enquiry and curiosity. Fieldwork and real-world examples are at the heart of the subject, supported by a team who value creativity and clarity in teaching.
Support for ECTs
You’ll receive weekly mentoring, lesson observation and feedback as part of a comprehensive induction programme. The school’s professional development culture means ECTs are given the time and guidance to grow confidently.
You’ll Bring
