Data & Assessment Assistant - Leicestershire - January 2026
A successful secondary school in Leicestershire is looking for a detail-driven Data & Assessment Assistant to support the administration of assessment, reporting and school-wide data from January 2026 .
The Role
You will support the Data Manager with:
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Processing assessment data and generating performance reports
- Supporting staff with timetables, class lists and grade submissions
- Producing analytics dashboards for departments
- Running exports for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding teams
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems
This role is ideal for someone analytical, efficient and comfortable with school MIS systems.

This large 11–18 school uses modern data systems and has an excellent reputation for academic tracking. Staff are supported with regular training and clear procedures.

- Strong data-handling or admin experience
- Confident with spreadsheets, databases and reporting
- Accurate, organised and able to work to deadlines
- A team player with good communication skills
