Geography Teacher - Leicester

A large and well-respected 11–18 secondary school in Leicester is looking to appoint a knowledgeable and engaging Geography Teacher to join its established Humanities faculty. The Role

You will teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 , with the opportunity to contribute to A-Level teaching for the right candidate. The curriculum is clearly sequenced and balances physical and human geography, with a strong emphasis on case study depth, geographical skills and exam confidence.

Lessons focus on:

• Clear explanation of complex geographical processes

• Application of knowledge to contemporary global issues

• Development of extended writing and data interpretation skills

• Confident use of maps, graphs and geographical evidence

The Geography Department
