One of Europeâs fastestâgrowing, techâenabled home care providers is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Branch Manager to lead a highâperforming domiciliary care branch. This is a fastâpaced, growthâfocused role where youâll be backed by strong operational, quality and digital support.
The role
Lead dayâtoâday branch operations and ensure safe, personâcentred care
Oversee assessments, risk management and personalised care planning
Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
Manage budgets, utilisation and financial performance
Drive branch growth and service development
Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners
Lead, support and develop a highâperforming care team
What youâll bring
Experience as a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or strong Deputy
NVQ Level 5 (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and peopleâmanagement skills
Confidence using digital care systems and adopting new technology
Ability to manage performance, solve problems and make sound decisions
