Goods Out Specialist

Kinetic PLC are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of a Goods Out Specialist to support the engineering stores team at our client's facility in Groby, Leicester. This role will involve preparing finished instrumentation products and spares for despatch to customers across the globe, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with customer specifications.

The role will involve unpacking and repacking products, completing customs paperwork, logging despatch dates on the in-house management system, labelling parcels, coordinating couriers, and communicating with customers regarding order status and despatch queries.

Working Arrangement
* Full-time, working days: Monday to Friday
* 7.5 hours per day
* Based on-site at the Groby, Leicester engineering stores facility

Pay
* Competitive pay rate: £20 per hour

Key Duties
* Prepare finished instrumentation and spares for despatch in line with customer requirements
* Unpack, repack, and label products securely for shipment
* Complete customs paperwork accurately
* Log despatch dates in the in-house management system
* Liaise with and coordinate couriers according to distribution needs
* Communicate with customers verbally and in writing regarding order status and despatch queries
* Ensure all parcels are secure and meet company and customer standards

Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in stores or goods out environment
* Methodical and organised approach to work
* Comfortable with light lifting (up to 26kg)
* Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems advantageous
* Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customers
