Immigration & Relocation Senior Specialist
The Role
We want to ensure our international talent has a seamless transition into life at NEXT. To do this, we need people who are ready to take responsibility for the end-to-end relocation journey, ensuring every colleague feels supported and informed.
As a key member of the team, you will be the main point of contact for colleagues joining us from around the world. You’ll manage everything from initial visa applications to their final relocation, ensuring all steps are handled with accuracy and care.
What you will take on
This role is about providing clarity and support during a significant career move. You will:
Manage Data: Use our Oracle system to generate weekly reports, providing clear insights into our relocation population to support business budgeting.
Handle Compliance: Act as the custodian of our internal policies, managing the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and issuing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).
Improve Processes: Constantly look for ways to evolve our service, ensuring our relocation and immigration support is as efficient as possible.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Recruitment and Payroll to manage visa reimbursements and ensure all documentation meets HMRC regulations.
- Provide Expertise: Draft supporting letters for visas and Indefinite Leave to Remain, acting as a knowledgeable guide for colleagues across the business.
