Cycle to Work Scheme. Key Responsibilities Allocate and mobilise field personnel according to project requirements.
Maintain accurate workforce data in planning systems (e.g., WSP).
Monitor attendance, shifts, working hours, and standby coverage.
Arrange travel, accommodation, transport, tools, and equipment for site staff.
Manage workwear and PPE inventory and replacements.
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and internal procedures.
Record and track incidents, deviations, and improvement actions.Qualifications & Experience Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience in heavy industry or service environments, including supervision of technicians/operatives.
Background in manpower planning or workforce coordination in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
Proficient with workforce planning tools (e.g., WSP), Microsoft Office; ERP experience (IFS advantageous).
Strong understanding of QHSE requirements and on-site industrial environments.Personal Attributes Strong QHSE awareness and commitment to safe practices.
Highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
Effective communicator with a service-focused mindset.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
