A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking a dedicated Admissions & Attendance Officer to join its pastoral and administrative team from January 2026.
This role plays a vital part in supporting pupils and families, ensuring smooth transitions into school and maintaining high standards of attendance.
The Role
You will work closely with pastoral leaders, families and external agencies to manage admissions processes and attendance monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
Managing admissions applications and transitions
Monitoring attendance and punctuality data
Communicating with families regarding attendance concerns
Supporting safeguarding and pastoral procedures
Producing reports for leadership and external agencies
