Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
About the Role:
Crown46 is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s residential home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new establishment, where you will play a key role in setting up, leading, and maintaining high standards of care in line with Ofsted regulations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of a children’s residential home
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
Lead, support, and develop a team of care professionals
Deliver high-quality care and support to children with EBD needs
Maintain safeguarding standards and promote positive outcomes
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and staff performance Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a children’s residential home in the last 5 years
At least 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
Currently working within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
Strong leadership and communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
Must NOT require visa sponsorship (now or in the future) What’s on Offer:
