The Opportunity & Context
The academy was recently rated Outstanding in all categories and seeks a dedicated Site Manager committed to maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.
- PFI Context: This role manages the school's additional facilities (outside the main PFI contract) and involves close liaison with the external provider and other schools in the Trust.
- Expectation: The role requires flexibility, initiative, and responsibility for the security and safety of the buildings, including carrying out maintenance and DIY tasks.
Compensation & Logistics
- Salary Scale: Grade 6 Points 15-18, £32,061 - £34,434 Annually.
- Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week. Includes split shifts during term time, and some weekend work is necessary.
- Requirements: Experience in a similar role or demonstrated practical maintenance ability. Training is available.
