Estates Operative – Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in site maintenance, caretaking, facilities or estates work

• Practical skills in general repairs, basic DIY, and grounds maintenance

• Understanding of health & safety and safe working practices

• Ability to respond to day-to-day issues and prioritise workload effectively

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• First Aid or Fire Marshal training desirable (training can be provided)

• Eligibility to work in the UK
