Work with pupils individually or in small groups to strengthen their understanding. Assist with core subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy. Help deliver targeted intervention sessions where required. Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Build supportive relationships with pupils to aid their academic and emotional development.
