Our client is seeking a passionate and inspiring Computer Science Teacher to join a successful 11–18 mixed secondary school in Leicester. The successful Computer Science Teacher will be expected to teach Computer Science across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position starting February/April 2026.

The Computer Science department is well-equipped with excellent facilities, and a strong extra-curricular programme. Led by an approachable and supportive Head of Department, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Computer Science Teacher who is enthusiastic about performance, composition, and developing students’ Computer Science confidence. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers, ECTs, and overseas-trained teachers with a recognised teaching qualification.

Experience and Qualifications

• Computer Science Teacher with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE)
• Experience with performance, ensembles, or extra-curricular Computer Science is highly desirable
