Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, you will drive enterprise growth across the UK, focusing on large, complex estate‑level opportunities. This is a full‑cycle, consultative sales role where you will:
- Identify and develop new opportunities across key target sectors
- Lead outbound and account‑based sales activity
- Run discovery sessions to uncover operational, financial and net‑zero drivers
- Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and ROI‑led presentations
- Build commercial proposals for multi‑site deployments
- Manage multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial and executive levels
- Own deals from first conversation through to close
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
