A successful and community-focused secondary school in Market Bosworth is looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher of English to join its thriving English department from January 2026 .
The Role
You will teach English across KS3 and KS4 , delivering a curriculum that balances classic texts with modern literature and a strong focus on literacy. The department places emphasis on reading for pleasure, vocabulary development and structured writing, with shared schemes of work supporting consistency and progression.
There are opportunities to contribute to enrichment activities such as reading groups, creative writing clubs and theatre visits, all of which are well established within the department.
