This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accessories Account Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded supplier of fashion accessories to leading high street retailers. The role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in account management and a proven ability to drive repeat business.

The Role

* Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Build and manage strong relationships with overseas factories.

* Oversee the critical path to ensure timely delivery.

* Work effectively to meet key deadlines.

* Stay informed on upcoming trends and competitor activity.

* Liaise with Far East teams, ensuring clear and timely communication across departments.

* Identify and propose opportunities for business growth.

* Negotiate with factories and buyers to achieve target margins.

* Manage negotiations around pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.

* Collaborate with buyers on product development.

Skills & Experience Required

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within fashion accessories or apparel.

* Strong business development and negotiation skills.

* Proven ability to win new clients while maintaining existing accounts.

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

* Strong IT skills.

* A positive, team-oriented attitude.
