HR & Payroll Administrator - Leicestershire - January 2026
A large secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join its central operations team from January 2026 .
The Role
This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, payroll processing, absence monitoring and HR compliance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and external providers to ensure accurate and timely processes.

Strong administrative experience (HR or payroll experience preferred)
