Business Development Manager/Surveyor

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands area!

Key Responsibilities -

* Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements

* Design and quote systems (CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Fire)

* Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal teams

* Manage and grow existing client relationships

* Identify and convert new business opportunities

* Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotations

* Ensure compliance with H&S and industry standards (e.g. BAFE)

Requirements -

* Experience in fire & security industry

* Strong knowledge of CCTV, intruder, and access systems

* Ability to produce detailed designs and quotations

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Self-motivated with strong sales focus

Package -

* £28,000–£38,000 basic + commission

* 23 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension, EAP, family benefits

* Company vehicle/car allowance
