Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager looking for a role where you can make a significant impact? A high-performing secondary school in Leicester is seeking a School Business Manager to lead finance, HR, operations and compliance across the school.
About the Role:
This full-time, permanent leadership position begins January 2026 . You will oversee the school’s financial strategy, manage HR processes, ensure health & safety and safeguarding compliance, lead the administrative and site teams, and work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support whole-school improvement.
