Sales Advisor - New Build Housing

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home.

What you will do:

* Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.

* Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser

* Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments

* Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, Advocate and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion

* Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices

* Deal with any daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries

* Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients

* Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients

* Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times

* Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers

* Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development

* Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge

* Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.

What you will have:

Essential

* Experience of new homes sales

* Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills

* Strong Microsoft 365 skills

* Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills

* Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business

* Full UK Driving License

What we will offer you:

* Salary between £28,000 - £30,000 + circa £80,000 OTE

* 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

* £competitive annual bonus (discretionary)

* Up to 5% pension scheme (salary sacrifice scheme)

* 2x salary life assurance (paid option to increase to x4)
