You won’t be going it alone. The onsite team includes a highly dedicated HRVN who’s been part of the clinic since day one, along with practice management support to help with the daily running of the business.

The clinic handles a wide range of cases, both surgical and medical, and would particularly benefit from a reliable general practice vet with good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Who We're Looking For:

We're after a vet with vision—someone ready to take the reins, lead a team, and build something special. You'll be committed to exceptional patient care and creating a great experience for clients, while also growing and developing your clinic and team. Experience in leadership or business is a bonus, but not essential—we’re looking for the drive and ambition to succeed, with the backing of experts to help make it happen.

Financial Benefits & Exit Options:

• Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership
• Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years)
• Example: Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m*
• Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available

• Clinical support network from experienced vets and specialists
