Role Levels: CPD, Sous Chef | Weekday & Weekend Shifts

Are you a skilled chef ready to bring your culinary expertise to a variety of busy venues across Leicestershire ? We’re looking for passionate, experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team and deliver exceptional food across multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes to menu specifications across different venues
• Ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support and lead your team with encouragement and respect
• Adapt to different kitchen environments and service demands
• Work efficiently under pressure to deliver smooth, high-standard service

✅ Skills / Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience essential (CPD / Sous Chef level)
• Own safety shoes and chef knives (mandatory)
• Flexible to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
