- Rates of pay are £10.50+ (Dependent on experience/qualification)

- We aim to enrol employees on an NVQ2 within 12 months of taking up the position
Requirements of a Elliott Care Assistant:
- Have a passion for caring
- A warm and friendly disposition
- You will need to have excellent communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Work well within a team and independently under your own initiative
- Commitment to infection prevention and control
Previous experience within the Care sector and/or qualification of NVQ Level 2 in Care (or equivalent) is desired but not essential
Employment is subject to an enhanced DBS check
Responsibilities of a Elliott Care Assistant:
- Provide the highest level of personal care, acting as a key worker for a named group of residents
- Understand and comply to all statutory and legal requirements
- Ensure that the Care Homes values of trust, respect and care are always upheld
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of residents at all times
- Support in light cleaning duties, with meal times and resident activities
Hours of a Elliott Care Assistant:
- Day and night shifts available
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50+ /hour
Required experience:
- good literacy, numeracy and communication skills/: 1 year
Required licence or certification:
- Driving License, transport to or within walking distance of LE2 1AD
