Customer Assistant (12 weeks Summer Fixed term)

We’re searching for dynamic Customer Assistants to support our branches during the summer period on a 12 week fixed term basis . The available role is full time , although part time could be considered for the right candidate. The minimum part time hours are 9am-2.30pm. The expected start date is June 2026 , however we can offer flexibility if required.
Please note that the role involves travel across different branches in our network, depending on staffing requirements. You will be reimbursed for travel expenses according to our expense policy. Our branches are based in Hinckley, Broughton Astley, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coalville, South Wigston and Nuneaton.
As a Customer Assistant you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced and friendly Branch team, learning about various aspects of financial services all whilst gaining practical experience.
This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and insights into customer service, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career.

Understand and Assist : Take the time to identify member needs and introduce them to the products and services we offer. Your knowledge and genuine care can help them make informed decisions.

We value adaptability and collaboration in our team and as a Customer Assistant, you will be required to work across different branches within the network as needed.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older due to working restrictions within our branch network.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a keen interest in financial services.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
