Link-Force Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labour / Second Man for a reputable Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Construction company based in Leicester (LE7). This role involves supporting the primary construction team with various tasks on-site, ensuring the smooth progress of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the operation of equipment, including asssisting the Driver / Hiab operations, and working closely with first operators to maintain safety and efficiency on-site. The role requires a flexible, hardworking individual with a focus on safety standards and attention to detail.

Previous experience as a Second Man within the construction or civil engineering sector

Proven track record in infrastructure or civil engineering projects

A78 Vac Ex CPCS Card

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites

Reliable, punctual, and committed to project timelines
