School Premises Officer
SCHOOL PREMISES OFFICER
Salary: £13.01 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days), various shifts comprising 05:30 -14:00, 08:00 - 16:30, 13:30 - 22:00. Location: Crown Hills Community College LE5 5FT

About the Role: As a premises officer you will be responsible for the smooth and safe maintenance services of the school site ensuring high standards are maintained.
Please note: Due to the early and late shifts, a reliable mode of transport is essential as public transport is not available during these times.
Responsibilities Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards Locking and unlocking the site/buildings and ensuring the security of all keys. Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities. Conducting facility audits and reporting any health and safety hazards to the site manager Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as needed. Escorting sub-contractors on site. Previous caretaker/porter and maintenance experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
