Student Experience Team Member
Be willing to undertake any task required within the scope of the role and demonstrate an enthusiasm to help out and get the job done.
Days : Monday through Sunday (might be required for 3 days or on occasions could be 4/5 days dependant on business need)
Hours : 07:00 to 15:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 (rotational shifts)
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 3 weeks (may be required longer)
Role :
Flexibility is required on days - can vary between Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
Shifts would be on rota basis (hours as above)
Based at Liberty Park, you will be on the desk/reception, dealing with the following :
- Queries from students
- Emails
- Complaints
- Calls
- Sales
- Viewings
- Debt Chasing
- Welfare checks on residents
- Logging and delivering parcels
- Patrols of the building (safety) and Lock outs
- Dealing with any Fire Alarm activation's.
