📌 Minimum Requirements:

🔹 Qualified Master Technician certification.
🔹 5+ years’ experience as a Master or Diagnostic Technician (Ford, Nissan, or Mazda).
🔹 Experience mentoring apprentices (preferred).
🔹 EV Qualification or willingness to obtain one.
🔹 Valid driver’s licence .
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
🔹 Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

🔧 Duties & Responsibilities:

🔹 Diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards .
🔹 Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and Comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) .
🔹 Carry out OEM & RMI-standard maintenance and repairs efficiently.
🔹 Source necessary parts and ensure quality control .
🔹 Maintain accurate service records in line with industry regulations.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
🔹 Participate in ongoing training and development programs .
🔹 Provide mentorship and support to apprentices.
