Experience in supermarkets, transport refrigeration, commercial systems, HVAC, or chillers is beneficial. Don’t have supermarket experience? You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work independently while supporting store operations. How You’ll Work

• Plan your own schedule, prioritise calls, and optimise routes to minimise downtime.
• Use systems like RDM to diagnose issues before arrival and bring the right parts.
• Communicate with store teams for smooth access and minimal disruption.
• Follow health & safety and F-Gas regulations, keeping accurate records.

• Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers).
• Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika).
• Ensure compliance and documentation.
• Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime.

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or relevant experience).
• F-Gas Category 1 certificate.
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
