HR Administrator - Hinckley, Leicestershire - January 2026
A large, well-established secondary school in Hinckley is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join its central operations team from January 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a busy school environment.
The Role
You’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, pre-employment checks, maintaining personnel files and supporting absence monitoring.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Prepare job adverts, interview packs and recruitment schedules
- Manage DBS, references and safeguarding compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and digital systems
- Support new staff inductions and probation processes
- Assist with HR queries from staff and line managers
