Secondary English Teacher
Please note : This role is part time,19.5 hours per week
This position is available for an August 2026 start.

What will you do?
- Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons that inspire progress, achievement, and a love of learning for all pupils.
- Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring inclusion and high standards of literacy across all abilities.
- Create a respectful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that upholds Avanti Fields School’s ethos and values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils’ academic and personal development.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding, professional conduct, and ongoing professional growth in line with school and Trust expectations.
