About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You'll work across a variety of schools and year groups, gaining valuable experience while making a meaningful impact on pupils' education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Follow school planning or adapt lessons confidently where needed
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated and on task
Differentiate learning to support SEN and EAL pupils
Mark work where required and provide clear feedback to staff
Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding procedures
Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff
Maintain consistency and high expectations in all settings

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience within UK primary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
Confidence teaching across different year groups
Excellent communication and organisational skills
