History Teacher - Loughborough - January 2026
A successful and oversubscribed 11–18 secondary school in Loughborough is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of History to join its thriving Humanities faculty from January 2026.

The Role
You’ll teach History across KS3–KS5, delivering a curriculum that sparks curiosity, encourages debate, and helps students make meaningful links between the past and present. The department achieves strong results at GCSE and A-Level, with many students continuing History or Politics at university.
Teachers work collaboratively to refine schemes of work and share best practice. Trips to local heritage sites and national museums are embedded in the curriculum, allowing students to experience history in context.
