Secondary Supply Teachers - Leicestershire (Full-Time & Part-Time)

GSL Education is looking for flexible and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Leicestershire . Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied teaching experience while maintaining a work-life balance. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 & KS4 in a variety of subjects.

Adapt teaching strategies to different school environments and student needs.

Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies.

Provide feedback to the school on lesson progress and student engagement.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.

DBS on the Update Service - Mandatory.

Strong classroom management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to different schools and year groups.

A passion for education and student development.

Salary & Working Hours:

£130 - £225 per day , depending on experience and assignment.
