Cover Supervisor
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Encourage student engagement and provide general learning support.
Deliver feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress. What We're Looking For: A degree qualification (preferred but not essential).
Previous experience working with young people in an educational or leadership role.
Strong communication and organisational skills .
Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining discipline.
