About the Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to support compliance delivery across a national facilities management contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients' sites are fully compliant-particularly around asset management, technical documentation, and planned maintenance activities.If you're organised, analytical, and confident working across diverse sites and stakeholder groups, this could be the ideal next step in your FM compliance career.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete asset verifications across the UK in partnership with CBRE teams, clients, landlords, and contractors.
- Ensure all fixed plant and equipment are correctly identified and included in IFM Hub maintenance schedules.
- Develop planned maintenance programmes and labour-loading schedules in line with SFG20 and industry best practice.
- Support root cause analysis and reporting for critical asset failures with engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, service documentation, and technical data within CBRE systems.
- Identify gaps in compliance records and propose improvement actions to senior and on-site teams.
- Collaborate with the account leadership team to meet service level agreements.
- Monitor performance data, analyse trends, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong general education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working on compliance within a facilities management environment.
- Knowledge of asset identification and building planned maintenance activities aligned to SFG20 .
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and methodical in approach.
- Familiarity with CBRE systems-particularly IFM Hub-beneficial.
- Flexibility to travel nationally.
