About the Role
A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join its growing Modern Foreign Languages department from September 2026. This position is open to Early Career Teachers who are passionate about language, culture and communication — and who are looking to begin their teaching journey in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

You’ll teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire pupils to develop confidence and curiosity in learning Spanish. The school’s strong ECT programme ensures that new teachers receive excellent mentoring, a reduced timetable, and time to reflect and grow in their practice.

The Department & Support
The MFL department is collaborative and dynamic, offering a lively curriculum that combines authentic language learning with cultural exploration.
