Teaching Assistant - Leicester
We are delighted to invite applications for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive primary school in Leicester. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children and playing a key part in supporting their learning and development across the classroom.

You will support teachers in delivering lessons, working with individuals or small groups, and helping to adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.
Your role will also include assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and maintaining a well-organised learning environment. Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development will be central to your work, ensuring children feel safe, confident, and motivated.
Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers is highly valued. You will work as part of a supportive staff team, sharing insights and contributing positively to the school community.

You will:
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Work with individuals and small groups of pupils
Assist with preparation and organisation of resources
