Estimator – Drylining / Interiors

Let’s keep it simple.

If you’re a Drylining Estimator, you already know most tenders are a race to the bottom, built on guesswork, and end up landing on someone else’s desk as a problem.

This isn’t that.

We’re working with a contractor that knows its numbers, understands its market, and doesn’t win work it can’t deliver.

They’re busy, for the right reason, and need someone who can price work properly, not just “get it in cheap and hope”.

What you’ll actually be doing

* Pricing drylining / interiors packages across commercial projects

* Building tenders that are accurate, competitive, and actually deliverable

* Working with ops and commercial teams - not in a silo

* Spotting risk early (before it becomes your problem later)

* Knowing when to push, and when to walk away

You

* Proper drylining estimating experience

* Understand the detail. Labour, materials, sequencing, the lot

* Commercially switched on, you know where margins are won and lost

* Not afraid to challenge things that don’t stack up
