Max Energy, established in 2015, delivers insulation and energy solutions across new build, construction, and social housing. We’re now looking for a proactive Solar PV Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll manage the full customer journey post-sale - from survey booking and DNO applications through to installation, finance processing, handover, and aftercare. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication via phone and email, keeping all parties informed throughout the process

• Coordinate surveys and installations efficiently, balancing schedules and logistics

• Process DNO applications and liaise with third parties (e.g. DNO, HIES, EPVS)

• Manage finance applications, invoicing, and payment tracking

• Maintain accurate CRM records and project updates

• Prepare and issue installation handover packs (certifications, warranties, documentation)

• Resolve issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally

• Coordinate daily with installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Identify process improvements, risks, and inefficiencies

• Support reporting, diary optimisation, and operational performance

About You

• Experience in an admin or coordinator role (ideally within solar, construction, or utilities)

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and general IT tools

• Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Desirable: Knowledge of Solar PV, DNO processes, or MCS/NICEIC standards; experience with planning, subcontractors, or finance processes.
