Exams & Data Officer - Leicestershire - January 2026
A high-achieving 11–18 school in Leicestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Exams & Data Officer from January 2026 .
The Role
You’ll oversee all aspects of internal and external examinations while ensuring data accuracy across school systems. This is a central, fast-paced role that requires precision, organisation and excellent communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing exam timetables, entries and submissions
- Liaising with exam boards and Heads of Department
- Coordinating invigilators and running exam days smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations
- Supporting data collection, analysis and reporting for SLT
