In this senior role, you'll work closely with the site leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to steer both operational people activity and long‑term initiatives that support growth, capability, and engagement.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as the senior people expert for managers across all functions.
Leading a broad generalist remit including talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, ER, and succession planning.
Driving the culture agenda, with a strong focus on engagement, capability, and leadership development.
Shaping, developing, and implementing people policies and supporting continual improvement across the site.
Playing a key leadership role in customer audits and ensuring compliance across all people-related processes.
Influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions at management meetings.
Able to manage the hands-on aspects of the role in conjunction with the strategic agenda.

Strong generalist experience within manufacturing (FMCG, food) or logistics environments.
Senior HR expertise and the ability to coach, influence, and upskill managers.
Proven experience in developing and implementing people policies and frameworks.
Resilient, detail‑driven, and able to balance operational demands with strategic priorities.
A collaborative, credible HR partner with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
Demonstrated success operating as a strategic people leader.
