Cover Supervisor

Aspire People are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors in Swadlincote. This Cover Supervisor position will start immediately and will be ongoing and suited around your availability/timetable.

We are looking to appoint confident, flexible and enthusiastic cover supervisors for regular work. We have an exclusive agreement in place with Lionheart Academies Trust and other Swadlincote schools which have a huge demand for cover supervisors on a regular basis. You will need a passion for engaging young people with their education, with strong communication skills and an ability to work alongside colleagues within schools.

The day to day work will include the supervision of the whole class during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, delivery of pre-prepared exercises and managing student behaviour.
