The Role: You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent engineering positions across the East Midlands and Home Counties, working with a diverse portfolio of clients from innovative SMEs to major manufacturers. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key engineering businesses
• Source and headhunt high-calibre engineering professionals
• Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates
• Handle contract negotiations and offer management
• Build your own desk while contributing to team success
