Assistant Head Teacher - Phase Lead for Key Stage 1

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, hardworking, and enthusiastic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Head Teacher with responsibility for leading Key Stage 1.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated practitioner who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.You will be joining a forward-thinking, highly effective, and supportive team that is committed to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement across the school.

• Has a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice in Key Stage 1.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and support others.
• Demonstrates high expectations through the belief that all children can achieve
• Works effectively as part of a collaborative and ambitious Leadership Team.
• Brings creativity, energy, and a reflective approach to school improvement.
• Is passionate about learning and has a desire to make a difference
• Has excellent inter-personal skills and work exceptionally well in a team
• Believe 'getting better never stops' and therefore strive to continue learning alongside our staff
