SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant , you will: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Support students with communication, social, emotional, and physical needs .
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans (ILPs) . Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a secondary school SEN setting.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
