Support Services Assistant
Join our Support Services team – the operational backbone of our growing business. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What we're looking for:
- 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (Maths & English) or equivalent
- strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation,
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- excellent written and verbal communication
- strong IT capabilities
- previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential – full training provided
What you’ll do:
- reception and visitor management
- post, courier, and stationery coordination
- document and credit card record management
- travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
- ad hoc departmental support
This is a varied role offering exposure to different parts of the business and opportunities to make a real impact.
