The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise and manage classes during the absence of regular teachers.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure continuity in students' learning.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding.

Requirements

* Previous experience in education, tutoring, coaching, or working with young people is highly desirable.
* Strong levels of Maths and English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
* Driving licence and a car highly desirable.
